Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and classification tasks
- Develop statistical analysis frameworks to quantify business KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization
- Translate technical findings into executive-level presentations and stakeholder reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in data governance
- Research and prototype novel NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production-level ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex modeling projects with measurable outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, time series analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and NLP libraries
- Certification in Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
