Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Design and implement data processing pipelines using Python, Spark, and cloud platforms
- Translate complex findings into compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate data solutions into production systems
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in model validation
- Research emerging AI techniques and evaluate their application to healthcare challenges
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven ML deployment track record
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background with experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end data science projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Healthcare or biotech industry experience preferred
