Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques to optimize healthcare outcomes
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis testing to production deployment
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and experimental design for causal inference
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data science projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Cloud Data Engineer or AWS Certified Data Scientist preferred
