Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product experimentation
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and champion best practices in data ethics and governance
- Develop real-time analytics dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Pioneer novel approaches to unstructured data analysis (NLP, computer vision)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data science with proven track record of deploying production models
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical background with experimental design mastery
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- PhD or Master's in quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Economics) equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end data science projects
- Excellent communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
