Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and customer journeys
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions using Python, SQL, and Spark
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior scientists and champion ethical AI governance practices
- Research emerging NLP and computer learning techniques for product innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in applied data science with production ML deployment experience
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio showcasing complex ML projects with measurable business impact
- Strong SQL proficiency for large-scale data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tools
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
