Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Marketing) to define data-driven product features.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure high data quality and performance.
- Communicate complex findings and model results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
- Stay current with the latest research in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
