Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate predictive analytics into our core software features.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure the performance and impact of new product features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to maintaining best practices in data science workflows.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Deep understanding of machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS (Redshift/S3) or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong background in statistical testing, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
