Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to production-ready deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in model governance and reproducibility.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders through high-impact visualizations and clear narratives.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to continuously improve our proprietary model performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong SQL skills and extensive experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep understanding of statistical hypothesis testing, A/B testing frameworks, and experiment design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical leadership.
