Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Translate business requirements into high-level data architecture and strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to ship production-ready algorithms.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and peer-led learning.
- Automate data pipelines and improve the efficiency of our existing model deployment cycle.
- Present data-driven insights and technical roadmaps to senior leadership stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear narratives.
