Responsibilities
- Design and deploy sophisticated predictive models to optimize revenue growth and user retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define data requirements and success metrics.

- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure high-velocity model deployment.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify untapped market opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high-standard engineering culture.
- Advise on best practices for feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong command of machine learning libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a business-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
