Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities through data insights.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and performance bottlenecks.
- Architect robust data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT methodologies.
- Mentor junior analysts and participate in peer code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive dashboards for non-technical leadership.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and experiment with emerging tools to optimize model performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R or Scala is a plus.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (SageMaker), GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure ML.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms (XGBoost, Transformers, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders at the executive level.
