Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business ambiguity into clear analytical problem statements.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and untapped growth opportunities.
- Develop robust predictive models, including classification, regression, and clustering techniques.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the evolution of our internal MLOps infrastructure.
- Communicate findings through intuitive data visualizations and high-impact stakeholder presentations.
- Drive A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and industry-standard machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
- Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of experimental design, statistical modeling, and probability theory.
- Expertise in data manipulation and feature engineering using Big Data frameworks like Spark.
