Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning models in a production environment.
- Lead strategic data initiatives to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to scale data infrastructure and pipeline architecture.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in MLOps and statistical rigor.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to C-suite stakeholders through intuitive data visualization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically within a SaaS or consumer-tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
- Strong grasp of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy.
