Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scale solutions to 100M+ user systems
- Present insights to stakeholders through interactive Tableau dashboards
- Mentor junior scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and distributed computing
- Strong publication record at conferences like NeurIPS or KDD
- Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives
- Deep understanding of MLOps and CI/CD for ML systems
