Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into core product features.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and exploratory data research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the refinement of our internal MLOps practices.
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop robust data pipelines and automated monitoring systems for real-time model deployment.
- Lead end-to-end experiment design and A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with deep experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Dask is highly preferred.
