Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-time predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators and data collection strategies.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for business growth.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal ML engineering best practices.
- Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge algorithms to improve model accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically in production-level ML environments.
- Expertise in Python or R and advanced proficiency with SQL.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
