Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end data science solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Design and implement predictive models to optimize business KPIs and reduce operational costs
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference projects to drive product improvements
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model deployment
- Translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied ML roles
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Expertise in statistical modeling (regression, time series, clustering) and ML algorithms
- Proficiency in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills with ability to optimize complex queries for large datasets
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
