Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis testing to deployment
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques through research and experimentation
- Present findings to executive leadership and technical teams alike
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design expertise
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
