Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive models using Python, R, and SQL to solve complex business problems
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses and drive data-informed decisions
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to executive leadership
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and machine learning
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics role
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, NLP)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data science projects with measurable business impact
