Responsibilities

- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data pipeline, from ETL processes to data warehousing and large-scale data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- MLOps: Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Innovation: Explore cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow), SQL, and distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning engineering role.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and derive scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex findings to stakeholders.
