Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and key metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic business planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Masterās degree is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with query optimization.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.
