As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their analytical needs, develop robust reporting solutions, and present your findings in a clear, compelling manner. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics).
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
