Responsibilities
- Architect and refine complex SQL queries to extract insights from massive, multi-cloud data warehouses.
- Design and deploy high-fidelity automated dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for C-suite executives.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer churn patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure 99.9% data reliability.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define North Star metrics and align data strategy with business goals.
- Perform rigorous A/B testing and longitudinal studies to measure the impact of product feature launches.
- Develop predictive models using Python to forecast revenue and resource allocation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery, or PostgreSQL) and advanced data modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for statistical computing.
- Proven ability to visualize complex datasets into compelling narratives via Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD data workflows.
