Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and transform data from various sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and business health.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product changes and marketing strategies.
- Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to translate data findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets to drive process improvements and revenue growth.
- Document data models and analytical methodologies to ensure data governance and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
