Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform A/B testing to support product roadmap decisions.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical insights for cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- SQL Optimization: Write optimized queries to handle large-scale data requests and improve database performance.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline data pipelines and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical methods, regression analysis, and experimental design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and financial reporting.
