Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to streamline data workflows.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python or R for statistical modeling and automation.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is highly desirable.
- Excellent visualization skills with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business value.
- Relevant degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
