Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate massive datasets from various sources to ensure high data integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical modeling and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Strategic Reporting: Translate complex findings into actionable business insights and comprehensive reports for the executive leadership team.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
