Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain complex analytical models and statistical algorithms to interpret data and drive business strategy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources; support ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing teams, and C-suite executives to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and contribute to the development of data governance standards within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle large datasets, detect outliers, and propose solutions based on evidence.
