Responsibilities
- Design and Maintain Data Models: Develop robust data schemas and ETL pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and executives to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Governance: Enforce data quality standards and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data policies.
- Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and data scientists on best practices in SQL and Python.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data anomalies and derive insights from unstructured data.
