Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental analytics workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SaaS or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
