Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Maintain and enhance data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ML frameworks
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to strategic impact
- Certification in Google Cloud or AWS Analytics (or equivalent) highly desirable
