Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using advanced ML frameworks
- Lead development of large-scale neural networks for NLP and computer vision
- Optimize models for production deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical AI architectures
- Stay current with emerging AI research and integrate innovations
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience deploying ML models at scale using MLOps practices
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
