- Partner with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness

- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in e-commerce or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects and visualizations
