Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business outcomes
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus
