Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex datasets.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data quality, integrity, and pipeline efficiency.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and user behavior, providing a competitive edge to the organization.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation of analytical methodologies and data sources for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar data-driven role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R for statistical modeling.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
