Responsibilities
- Design and maintain resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS/GCP.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment velocity across global microservices.
- Collaborate with Security teams to enforce Zero Trust architecture and compliance standards.
- Optimize cloud spending through rigorous cost-analysis and resource tagging automation.
- Mentor junior engineering staff on best practices for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, acting as the final point of escalation for infrastructure stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Deep expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
