Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-performance automated dashboards that provide real-time insights into core business KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and consumer behavior trends.
- Architect and refine robust ETL pipelines to ensure high data integrity and availability across the organization.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives for executive leadership via advanced visualization.
- Lead rigorous A/B testing initiatives to measure the impact of product features and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, and optimization.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical modeling.
- Demonstrated mastery of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts including regression, hypothesis testing, and probability.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
