Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time business monitoring
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and evaluate feature impact through rigorous data analysis
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative reports
- Implement data quality frameworks and improve ETL processes for enhanced analytics accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience in statistical analysis
- Advanced visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication skills translating technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) preferred
