Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven track record of translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
