Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define data requirements.
- Perform rigorous A/B testing analysis to optimize feature performance.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations.
- Standardize data governance and quality assurance processes across departments.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for SQL performance and data modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Proven ability to design intuitive dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
