Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau and Looker to track key business KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies in user behavior.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics for new features.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user conversion and retention rates.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage data integrity and governance protocols across our primary data warehouse.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in SQL and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a major plus.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
