Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue drivers
- Present complex findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and user journeys
- Mentor junior analysts and establish data governance best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate business questions into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
