Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Design and execute complex analytical models to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish robust data governance protocols.
- Automation: Build automated SQL scripts and Python pipelines to streamline reporting processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Present clear, compelling data stories to C-level executives and product managers to influence business direction.
- Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data pipelines and implement cleaning processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our datasets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
