Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and Python for ETL processes
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
- Optimize database queries and ensure data quality standards
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
