Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time analytics
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech/SAAS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics a plus
