The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex datasets into strategic business intelligence. This hybrid role offers 3 days in-office collaboration and 2 days remote flexibility. You'll directly impact product development and client success through rigorous data storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
- A/B test hypotheses and measure impact on key business metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience working with large datasets (100M+ records)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
