Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to visualize key business performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact bottom-line growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and optimize product roadmaps.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product features and user engagement strategies.
- Translate technical findings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Automate manual data extraction and reporting processes to increase operational efficiency across the analytics department.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of our internal data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, window functions, and performance tuning).
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Fluency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and scripting.
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies (regressions, hypothesis testing, probability distributions).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data stories to diverse audiences.
