The Opportunity: As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be pivotal in uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into compelling narratives that influence product development, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and anomalies
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences
- Partner with product teams to define data requirements and track KPIs for new feature launches
- Present insights to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Implement data governance best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business outcomes
