Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale transactional datasets to identify trends and anomalies affecting user retention and product performance
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement data-driven A/B tests for feature optimization
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast customer lifetime value and churn risk
- Document data methodologies and ensure data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven success in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced Tableau skills with portfolio demonstrating complex dashboard development
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehouse architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
