Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and data modeling to support key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level experience with visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
